This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 19th September, 2022 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Rayagada in CRP No.17 of 2022, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.5,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.4,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 till he attains majority, from the date of filing of the petition, i.e., 24th February, 2022. 3.
The matter was listed on 30th November, 2022 and it was adjourned to be listed today on the prayer of learned counsel for the Petitioner. Today, Mr. Maharatha, learned counsel for the Petitioner appearing through virtual mode submits that he is out of station and is not in a position to argue the matter. Hence, he prays for further adjournment. 4.
Since learned counsel for the Petitioner was aware of the date to which the matter is adjourned and is not prepared to argue the matter today, I am not inclined to grant further adjournment of the matter.
