Mr. S.J. Nanda, learned counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court today stating therein that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition of the petitioner with liberty to move the opposite parties for allowing the V.R.S. and consequential relief as prayed for in the aforesaid writ petition. The same is accepted and be kept on record.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
