Heard Mr. S.D. Das, learned senior counsel for the Appellant and Mr. J. Katikia, learned AGA.

Mr. Katikia, learned AGA submits upon instructions that the Petitioner in the meantime has been involved in Gosaninuagaon P.S. Case No.300 and 322 of 2023 dated 1st October 2023 and 24th October 2023, respectively by violating the conditions imposed by this court. He further submits that the Petitioner is already involved in several political activities.

Mr. Katikia, learned AGA is directed to file an affidavit in this regard before the next date.

List the matter on 19th December, 2023 along with connected cases.
