Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.

This is a second round of litigation on the issue on non-disposal of representation of the petitioner. Considering the allegation of Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner that in spite of clear direction in disposal of W.P.(C).No.26820 of 2021, there is no decision on the representation of the petitioner as of now and the petitioner is suffering for the negligent attitude of the competent authority in not disposing the representation even after direction of this Court. Taking serious note of the same, this Court directs the Block Development Officer, Gop Block-opposite party no.4 in the event such representation is still remain undisposed, may be disposed of within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation and direction made hereinabove.
