The Petitioner has filed the writ petition with the following prayer:- "That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate/allow the Petitioner as a contract Hindi Teacher under Opposite Party No.4 within a stipulated period after quashing the order of disengagement order dated 13.12.2013 vide Annexure-12 with consequential service benefits."

During course of hearing, counsel for the Petitioner files a memo in Court today, which is taken on record and prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the Petitioner to file a better petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for.
