The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. G.N. Sahu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, submits that since in the Cause List dated 20.09.2022, his name was wrongly reflected as "N. Sahu", instead of "G.N. Sahu", he missed the list and could not appear in W.P.(C) No.12307 of 2020, which was dismissed on the said date for non-prosecution. To demonstrate the same, the extract of the cause list has been appended to this Application for restoration as Annexure-1.

In view of such submission made by Mr. G.N. Sahu, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, the Order dated 20.09.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.12307 of 2020 is recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original file.

Accordingly, the CMAPL stands disposed of.
