3. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

3. The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 2.2.2016 passed by the Collector, Gajapati-Opp. Party No.2.

This Court after going through the materials available on record finds that no explanation has been given by the learned counsel for the petitioner while producing relevant documents in support of the period for which she has not been allowed the salary and the said period has been treated as "No work, No Pay".

In the impugned order, Collector, Gajapati while allowing the salary for the period the petitioner has remained on medical leave, has disallowed the salary for the rest period due to

// 2 // her absence. Not only that Opp. party No.2 while disposing the matter in terms of order dated 16.4.2015 passed in O.A Case No.2759 (C ) of 2013 has held that the said period will also be treated towards extension of the period of contractual engagement of the petitioner.

After going through the materials available on record, this Curt finds no irregularity and illegality in the order dated 2.2.2016 under Annexur-23 passed by the Collector, GajapatiOpp. Party No.2.

7. Accordingly this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition and as such the same is dismissed.
