This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 9th January, 2020 (Annexure-6) passed by the learned District Judge, Khurda at Bhubaneswar in F.A.O. No.135 of 2019, whereby he confirmed the order dated 2nd November, 2019 (Annexure-5) passed by learned Senior Civil Judge, Bhubaneswar in I.A. No.01 of 2019 (arising out of C.S. No.1635 of 2019) directing the parties to maintain status quo over the suit property.

Since the impugned order has been passed in January, 2020 and there is no proper explanation to the delay, I am not inclined to entertain the CMP.

Accordingly, this CMP stands dismissed for delay and latches of the Petitioner.
