This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for conversion from "BLAPL" to "Criminal Revision".

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the recitals in the I.A., the "BLAPL" to be converted to "Criminal Revision". Copy of such Criminal Revision be served on learned counsel for the State.

Taking into account that the Petitioner is a CCL, he may be allowed to be represented by his father guardian as stated in the impugned order.
