Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect within three days.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction for early disposal of Review Petition dated 26.04.2021 pending before the Director, Higher Education, Odisha.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, directs opposite party no.2 to dispose of the review petition filed by the petitioner under Annexure-2, received by the Receiving Officer on 26.04.2021, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of communication of the order.
