Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the Respondent No.1 to revise the gradation list as at Annexure-4 by restoring the seniority of the applicant over the Respondent Nos.3 & with all consequential service benefits by declaring the action of the respondents in changing the seniority of the applicant after a period of more than two decades as illegal, improper and motivated.

(ii) To grant any relief /reliefs as deemed fit and proper".

Considering the submission made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation before the Opposite Party No.1 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of his claim, if any, within a period of three weeks hence.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well to dispose of the representation within a period of three months. The decision so taken by the Opposite Party No.1 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. It is observed that while taking such a decision, the said authority shall consider the relevancy of the citation relied on by the Petitioner in support of his claim. 6.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
