Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering that the Petitioner claims parity in term of the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No.5274 of 2022, this matter is remitted back to the Cuttack Development Authority for considering the request of the Petitioner, but however, keeping in view the direction contained in W.P.(C).No.5274 of 2022, by completing the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order and if the authority comes to observe that the Petitioner is a single allottee, necessary allotment be made and handing over of the possession of the land shall be undertaken within a period of fifteen days thereafter.
