petitioner and submits, his client was guarantor against loan taken by his wife and said loan has been repaid. There was still information of the loan unpaid, carried in the website of Credit Information Bureau (India) Limited (CIBIL).

Mr. Swain, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite parties and draws attention to page 10 onwards in his counter, to demonstrate that the information stands updated in the website. Current outstanding is shown as 0 (zero) and credit score at 650.
