This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard Mr. A.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr.P.P.Mohanty, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. 3.
The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(1) The amount determined as compensation by the Competent Authority on dtd.13.10.2014 as indicated in the notice dtd.26.12.2017 shall not be enhanced;
(2) The interest on compensation shall not be awarded from the date of passing award i.e. 13.10.2014 till the date of payment i.e. dtd.15.01.2018.
(3) The assessment of market value made in the year 201 shall not be declared illegal for the purpose of determination of compensation after 3 years.
(4) The O.P. No.2 shall not be directed to make a reference under Section-64 of the "RFCTLA & RR Act, 2013"; which is corresponding provision to the Section-18 of the L.A. Act". 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioners states that highlighting their grievance, the Petitioners have made representations to
Opposite Party No.2 vide Annexures-9, 10 & 11 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to which learned Counsel for the State has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representations filed by the petitioners vide Annexures-9, 10 & 11, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
