This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Order dated 20th September, 2022 (Annexure-3) passed in Crl.M.P. No. 29 of 2020 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh directed the D.D.O.-cum-Chief Mechanical Engineer, Paradeep Port Trust, Administrative Building, Paradeep to attach the salary of Petitioner and deposit the arrear amount of maintenance of Rs.58,000/- @ Rs.7,250/- per month.

In course of hearing, Mr. Satapathy, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of RPFAM to enable him to file an application to recall the ex parte impugned order. 4.

In view of such submission, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case disposes of this RPFAM as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-3 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
