The Contempt Petition No. 458 of 2015 was filed before the State Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar. After its abolition, the same has been transferred to this Court which is renumbered as CONTC(CP) No. 458 of 2015.

In view of the withdrawal of the writ petition being WPC (OA) No. 1448 of 2014 with liberty to file a fresh petition this contempt does not survive and hence, the contempt petition is disposed of.
