This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner has preferred the present Writ Petition challenging the Order of Transfer dated 04.01.2019, so also the relieve Order dated 04.12.2019, as at Annexure-4 and 9 respectively. 3.

While issuing notice on 13.12.2019, as an Interim, this Court taking into consideration the Interim Order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No.1220(C)/2019, directed that status quo in respect of service of the Petitioner shall be maintained till the next date of listing. 4.

As it seems from the case record, thereafter the matter got listed today for the first time and the State-Opposite Party has neither filed Counter Affidavit, nor any application for vacation of stay.

Though the Order of transfer is under challenge on various grounds, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as the exam of the son of the Petitioner is scheduled to be held in the month of March, 2023, Writ Petition may be disposed of protecting him in terms of the Interim Order passed by this Court till the end of March, 2023.

In view of such submission made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Writ Petition stands disposed of with an observation that the appropriate Authority shall not disturb the Petitioner from the present place of posting till 31st March, 2023. 7.

Accordingly, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 8.
