1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2) will be examined by the Collector, Cuttack and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party Nos.6 to 9 and giving them hearing, a detailed reasoned order shall be passed not later than 10th November, 2022. The order shall be made available to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
