This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Basudevpur P.S. Case No.18 of 2017 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.07 of 2017 pending in the Court of learned Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge -cum- Special, Judge (F.T.S.C.) Bhadrak for offences punishable under sections 363/323/307/506/ 376(2)(i)/34 of Indian Penal Code and sections 4 & 6 of the POCSO Act.
// 2 // The petitioner moved an application for bail before the Court of Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial, Judge (F.T.S.C.) Bhadrak, which was rejected on 28.06.2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the case is now posted for delivery of judgment. In view of such submission, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application.
The BLAPL stands disposed of.
