Having regard to the severity of the allegations and the availability of prima facie materials showing complicity of the petitioner in the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is accordingly rejected. It will however be open to the petitioner to renew his payer after examination of some material witnesses.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
