This Writ Petition involves an allegation that after publication of the R.O.R in terms of disposal of the Bebandobasta case vide Annexure-1, there is no re-fixation of rent creating inconvenience to the Petitioners.

Considering the limited request involved herein, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition with an observation that in the event there is already preparation of the record of rights vide Annexure-1, there should not be any further delay in entering into the rent assessment aspect. This Court, therefore, directs the Opposite Party No.3 to conclude the rent assessment aspect within a period of one month from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. Result of such exercise shall also be communicated to the Petitioners within a period of one week thereafter. 3.
