This I.A has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 14.12.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners.

Perused the recitals in the I.A.

It is submitted that reference to antecedent in the order dated 14.12.2022, para 9 and 10 thereof in the face of the order of rejection impugned therein which clearly found that Petitioners have 18 criminal antecedents of similar nature is an error of record. 5.

Considering such submission and perusal of record of the disposed of BLAPL, paragraphs 9 and 10 of the order dated 14.12.2022 are recalled. Other stipulations remain unaltered. 6.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the copy of the order dated 14.12.2022 sans "paragraph-9 and 10" and the order passed today in this I.A.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.
