This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order of cognizance dated 27.04.2020 passed in Ulunda P.S. Case No.20 of 2020 arising out of Special G.R. Case No. 03 of 2020 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Sonepur.

In view of the typographical error in paragraphs 3 and 4 and in the index of the CRLMC, Mr. Soubhagya Kumar Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this CRLMC with liberty to file a better application.

The prayer is allowed.
