The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to sanction and disburse the 2nd/3rd RACP benefits in his favour from the date of completion of 20/30 years of regular service @ Rs.9,30034800/- with G.P. of Rs.4,800/- by granting and disbursing all the consequential service and financial benefits including revision of her pension taking into account Annexures-5 and 9 (series) within a stipulated period. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the grievance made by the petitioner under Annexure-6 has been recommended by the District Education Officer vide Annexure-7 to the Director, Secondary Education and the Director in turn has recommended the case to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8, which is still pending.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.1 to take necessary step on the recommendation made by the opposite party no.2 under Annexure-8, taking into consideration the order under Annexure-9 within a period of three months from the date of communication of the certified copy of the order. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
