This Court finds, the Petitioner seeks coverage of the Order No.

judgment of this Court in W.A. No.241 of 2019 as well as a further order of this Court in W.P.(C) No.26622 of 2021 disposed of on 7.09.2021 to this case.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 to consider the claim of the Petitioner keeping in view the judgment as well as the order passed in the cases referred to hereinabove and take a lawful decision in the matter within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of judgment in W.A. No.241 of 2019 as well as order in W.P.(C) No.26622 of 2021, by the Petitioner.
