This application has been filed by the petitioners for correction/ modification of order dated 31.10.2022.

Heard Mr. P.K. Satapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State opposite parties.

Considering the grounds taken, prayer for modification/correction is allowed and the words and figure "opposite party no.1", which have been inadvertently typed in paragraphs-4 & 5 of the order dated 31.10.2022, stand corrected as "opposite party no.2" and one month time from today is granted to opposite party no.2 to take the decision.

Interlocutory application stands disposed of with the correction/modification of the order dated 31.10.2022 to the above extent. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
