CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.
ORDER
21.10.2022 1.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
The Writ Petition involves a challenge to the rejection of demarcation request. The Petitioners have a claim involving a demarcation on the basis that they have right, title and interest over the property. Reading the observation of the Tahasildar, it is observed, there is strong dispute by the appurtenants disputing the right, title and interest of the Petitioners. In the circumstance and since this Court finds, the Tahasildar in demarcation exercise has no adjudicating power, there is no further scope in entertaining such order. The Petitioners, if so advised, may approach the competent Civil Court for remedy.
3.
The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
