Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Order No.

Writ petition involves a challenge on two counts such as (i) by challenging the condition in Annexure-2 and (ii) petitioner also makes a request for giving a direction to the opposite party no.3 for considering the request of the petitioner vide Annexuee-3. 3.
Considering the request so far it relates to challenge involving Annexure-2, this Court finds the notification under Annexure-2 has become redundant in the meantime, no writ petition can be entertained involving such notification.

There is no cause of action surviving involving such notification. So far as other request involving the writ petition, this Court finds petitioner along with others have already made a request vide Anenxure-3 pending consideration of opposite party no.3. In the event such request is pending for consideration of opposite party no.3, the opposite party no.3 is directed to consider the same and pass a lawful order on the same at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner but however involving the petitioner as well as any persons likely to be affected.
