2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

The Hon'ble Tribunal be pleased to quash and declare the cut off date in respect of the age as 1.1.2015 as per the impugned advertisement under Annexure-3 is said to be an erroneous one with further directing the respondents to rectify the cut off date for the age as 1.1.2016 like the other advertisement issued by the different districts with further directing the respondent authority to redrew the merit list by allowing the applicant to participate in the selection process for the post of lady matron n respect of the Harichandanpur Block of Keonjhar district and if her candidature is found suitable then she be given appointment as lady matron for the interest of justice."

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.3 in that regard within a period of two weeks days from today.

It is observed that if any such representation is

// 2 // filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.3 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of submission of such representation. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
