CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
21.01.2022 1.
This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. Order No.
2.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.
Surprisingly, the instrument required to be registered is not forming part of the record. It is not know if such an instrument is prepared at all by this time or not. Keeping this in view, this Court finds these are all reversal attempt to obtain an order even before preparing an instrument for placing for registration and attempt is to place the instrument taking support of the High Court orders, which is not permissible in the eye of law. It is at this stage of the matter, Mr.Biswal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a better writ petition even enclosing therein the authenticated xerox copy of the instrument required to be registered. 4.
The writ petition thus, stands dismissed but however with liberty as prayed for.
5 .
As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March,
// 2 // 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 & 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
