3. Considering the submission made, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to file appeal against the impugned order dated 11.4.2016.

4. It is observed that if any such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merit without insisting on the delay in filing the appeal.
