Mr. Biswal, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

petitioner and submits, sale deed was presented for registration but the authority has not acted. He prays for appropriate direction, relying upon order dated 29th January, 2019 passed by coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) no.11786 of 2018 (Cittaranjan Panigrahi v. State of Odisha and others) and order dated 28th July, 2021 passed by another coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) no.20215 of 2021 (Kailash Chandra Deobabu v. State of Odisha and others).

Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Addl. Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, concerned opposite party will act upon direction made.
