A claim is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Order No.

case at hand is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 23.7.2021 passed in WPC (OAC) No.1976 of 2015. 2.

Considering the rival contentions of the parties, this Court finds, there needs a consideration of the case of the petitioner taking into account the applicability of the decision referred to hereinabove. Keeping this in view, this matter is remitted to the Director of Secondary Education, opposite party no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner keeping in view the order of this Court dated 23.7.2021 passed in WPC (OAC) No.1976 of 2015. Let the petitioner supply a certified copy of this order along with the order of this Court dated 23.7.2021 passed in WPC (OAC) No.1976 of 2015 to the Director of Secondary Education within ten days. Decision in this regard be taken by the Director within two months from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.
