This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayers:

"It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to:

I) Admit this writ petition and issue notice to the Opp. Parties, call for the records and after hearing the parties, issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/direction to the Opp. Parties or to quash the impugned Disengagement/ Termination Order dated 08.03.2020 under Annexure-4.

II) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus of any other writ/writs, direction/directions to the Opposite Parties to consider the pending Representation dated 09.04.2021 under Annexure-5.

III) And/or pass any other order/orders, direction,

// 2 // directions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper for the ends of justice. And for the said act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound every pray."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that Petitioner has ventilated his grievance by filing representation on 09.04.2021 before the Branch Manager, Tribal Development Co-operative Corporation Odisha Ltd., Paralakhemundi, Gajapati under Annexure-5, but the same is still pending.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the authority concerned to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law within a stipulated period of time. 6.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Opposite Parties No.1 and 2 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 09.04.2021 under Annexure-5 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. It is needless to mention here that the representation of the Petitioner shall be considered and disposed of by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision so taken on the said representation shall be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 7.
