This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Odisha to dispose of Dispute Case No. 357 of 2019 at an early date. 3.

Ms. Mohapatra, learned counsel submits that the Petitioner has some legal dues to receive from the Secretarycum-C.E.O., Odisha Police Co-operative Syndicate, Buxi Bazar, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2. She further submits that although the aforesaid dispute case is ready in all respect and there is no legal impediment for early disposal of the same, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Odisha is not taking any action in that regard. Hence, this writ petition has been filed. 4.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that he has no instruction in the matter. If the submission of Ms. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner is correct, the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Odisha may

// 2 // take a decision in the dispute case in accordance with law giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, OdishaOpposite Party No.1 to consider and dispose of Dispute Case No. 357 of 2019 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, if there is no legal impediment.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the Petitioner. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
