2. Heard Mr.B.K.Behera-1, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Miss. S. Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

Having regard to the severity of the allegations and the availability of the materials prima facie to show the complicity of the Petitioner in the occurrence, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. However, it shall be open to the Petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after

// 2 // examination of some material witnesses in the case before the court below.
