In course of hearing, it has been brought to the notice of this Court the copy of the judgment of the Hon'ble apex Court in SLP(C) Diary No.40492/2018 dismissed on 8.4.2022 on the ground of delay. As a consequence, this Court finds, there is confirmation of the order of the Tribunal. For the opinion of this Court, presently there is no obstruction in working out the order of the Tribunal passed in O.A. Nos.947/2012, 271/2013 & 929/2012. This Court, therefore, directs, in the event the order involving the above Original Applications are not yet complied with, the same shall be complied with at least within a period six weeks from the date of communication of this order
