Heard Mr. N. Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Jateswar Nayak, learned Central Government Counsel 3.

Mr. B.K. Das, learned counsel submits that he has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.5 on 22.11.2021 and also Mr. Mishra submits that he has already filed Vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party no.7 on 30.11.2021. But both the Vakalatnamas have not available in the records. Office is directed to trace out the same and tag the same to the records.

The above I.A. has been filed by the petitioners for withdrawal of the writ application.

Considering the submissions made and grounds taken, the prayer for withdrawal of the writ application is allowed. Accordingly, the writ application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
