Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Petitioner has statutory remedy of appeal involving the impugned order. Since the Petitioner alleges that the impugned order has been passed without involvement of the Petitioner, she has the liberty to file appeal along with leave to file appeal by preferring such application at least within two weeks. In the event, any appeal along with leave application is filed, the leave application may be allowed and the appeal may be entertained and disposed of in accordance with law but however involving the parties likely to be affected. Since the Petitioner has to prefer appeal, certified copy of the impugned order be returned to the Petitioner after substituting photocopy thereof.
