Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court while expressing its anxiety for the pendency of the Mutation Case for over 10 years, directs the Tahasildar, Keonjhar to dispose of the Mutation Case No.1229 of 2012 within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. Notice requires to be issued in the Mutation Case No.1229 of 2012 shall be made through Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
