3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the ABLAPL No.13566 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 21.10.2022 granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners but in 3rd line and in 4th line of paragraph-4, the year of the C.T. Case and P.S. Case have been wrongly mentioned as "C.T. Case No.6494 of 2022" instead of "C.T. Case No.6494 of 2021" and "Chandrasekharpur P.S.Case No.475 of 2022" instead of "Chandrasekharpur P.S.Case No.475 of 2021", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the

// 2 // bail application. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd line and in 4th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 21.10.2022 it be mentioned as "C.T. Case No.6494 of 2021" in place of "C.T. Case No.6494 of 2022" and "Chandrasekharpur P.S.Case No.475 of 2021" in place of "Chandrasekharpur P.S.Case No.475 of 2022", rest part of the order shall remain intact.

5.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.
