Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner files a memo for early disposal of the R.P. Case No.285 of 2020 before the competent authority within a period of seven days hence, the same shall be entertained and necessary steps shall be undertaken for disposal of the R.P. Case No.285 of 2020 within a period of four months thereafter.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
