This petition has been filed by the Petitioner for transfer of the C.P. No.86 of 2020 instituted at the instance of the Opposite Party-husband from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Khordha to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh. 4.

The Petitioner has sought for transfer of the aforesaid C.P. from the Court of Judge, Family Court, Khordha to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh on the ground nonpayment of maintenance.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer for transfer of the aforesaid case on the said ground.

Accordingly, the TRP(C) stands dismissed.
