This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 17th April, 2021 (Annexure-1) passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Bolangir-Opposite Party No.4 in refusing to register the sale deed presented by it.

Since the order passed by the District Sub-Registrar, Bolangir is appealable under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.

However, if the Petitioner files an appeal assailing the order impugned herein within a period of two weeks hence, the appellate Authority shall do well to consider the same in accordance with law without insisting upon the delay in filing the appeal.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-1 be returned to learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

As requested by Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, a copy of this order be handed over to him for communication and compliance.
