Considering the submissions made by the parties and as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner on the selfsame issue is still pending before the B.D.O, Korei- Opposite Party No.4, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to look into the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-2(series) and conduct an inquiry on the allegation of the Petitioner also indicated in the representation vide Annexure-2(series).

The entire exercise shall be completed involving the parties likely to be affected, within a period of three months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.
