This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

This I.A. has been filed at the instance of the Opposite PartyUnion Bank of India seeking modification of order dated 11.07.2024 passed in I.A. No.8349 of 2024 pursuant to the direction given by this Court on 12.07.2022 while disposing of the W.P.(C) No.32887 of 2021 and order dated 12.04.2024 passed in CONTC No.7726 of 2023. 4.

It appears that after disposal of the writ application on 12.07.2022, the Petitioner filed an I.A. on 28.06.2024 bearing I.A. No.8349 of 2024 with a prayer for modification of order dated 12.07.2022 and to extend the time to comply with the order. The I.A. filed by the Petitioner was disposed of vide order dated 11.07.2024 Page 1 of 2.

thereby extending the time by a further period of three months to implement the order dated 12.07.2022.

Keeping in view the factual background of the present case, on perusal of the record, this Court is not inclined to entertain further I.A. filed by the Opposite Party-Bank. Moreover, it is made clear that in the event, the Opposite Party-Bank is aggreieved by either the order dated 12.07.2022 or 11.07.2024, it is open to them to approach the appropriate forum.

In such view of the matter, it is held that the I.A. No.14019 of 2024 is devoid of merit. Accordingly, the same stands dismissed. ( A.K. Mohapatra) Judge Anil Page 2 of 2.
