Undisputedly there involves some resistance by the co-villagers Order No.

of the Petitioner in the performing of the Puja involved herein. 2.

In the circumstance and as a private deity is involved in this Writ Petition, the Writ Court has no jurisdiction to issue a mandamus. However, looking to the conflict arises in the locality, this Court observes, in the event there is observation of any disturbance by the law and order authority, it may be open to the law and order authority to sit with both the parties to find-out a resolution of the dispute. 3.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observation only.
