1.The Petitioners' representation dated 28th August, 2021shall be examined by the Collector, Puri (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and Opposite Parties 5 to 8, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 1st August, 2022 and made available to the parties not later than 8th August, 2022. If aggrieved by such order, it will be open to the parties to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
