3. Having regard to the quantity of contraband seized i.e. 35 kgs 600 grams, which is more than commercial quantity, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is, therefore, rejected. However, it shall be open to the Petitioner to renew

// 2 // his prayer after examination of independent witnesses in this case.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
