1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. This is an application under Section 438 Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 143/147/148/448/379/323/436/506/149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

3. Keeping in view the submission of the parties and having gone through the nature of allegations as emerged from the material on record and further the circumstances appearing, the seriousness and gravity of the offences, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrender in connection with Nilgiri P.S. Case No.20 of 2017 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 26 of 2017 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri within a period of two weeks' hence and move for bail, they shall be released on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said court with further

// 2 // conditions that the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.2,000/- (rupees two thousand) besides the other conditions and shall not indulge any similar criminal activities while on bail. Violation of any of the terms and conditions shall entail cancellation of bail of the Petitioner automatically.
